Privacy Policy

The short version

S00N is a release calendar. You can browse everything without an account. Signing in exists for one reason: to remember the releases you track and to remind you when they land. We do not sell personal data, do not run advertising, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive and store your name, email address and the account identifier from that provider. We never receive your password. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we only ever see the relay address.

Your stash — the releases you choose to track — is stored against your account so it is the same on the website and in the app.

If you allow notifications in the iOS app, we store the device token Apple issues, so we can send reminders for releases in your stash.

Browsing without an account collects nothing about you. Standard server logs (IP address, request time) are handled by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.

What we use it for

Only to run the service: keeping you signed in, syncing your stash across devices, and sending the release reminders you asked for (three days before a release and on release day). We do not send marketing email. We do not build advertising profiles.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys or receives your data from us. We rely on service providers who process it strictly on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database), Apple (sign-in and push delivery) and Google (sign-in). Release information itself comes from public catalogues — TMDB, IGDB and RAWG — and those requests contain no personal data about you.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity. Device tokens are removed automatically once Apple reports them as no longer valid.

Deleting your account

In the iOS app: Stash → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, your stash, your reminder settings and your device tokens. It cannot be undone. If you signed in on the website only, email us and we will delete it for you.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. The in-app deletion above does all of the erasing in one step. For anything else, write to us.

Children

S00N is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page before the change takes effect.
